Any individual be it a man or a woman is highly interested in taking up a career that gives them good pay. But many of them after landing into one such career never try to make improvements of themselves. That is they just dont try to update. I as a HR person see many people just are happy with their current position and when someone asks them about promotions or upgradations into a newer sphere in the same line where they are working at present, they dont seem to realize that it is absolutely necessary in today's scenario.
Today graduation is just a gate way. The path one have to trod is full of thorns and moss. If a thorn pricks you could just heal the wound and continue, but if you slip and fall down due to moss, it will definitely take a very long time and by the time, when you get up, people who were running with you, and those behind you would have gone way ahead.
So my career tip is keep yourself updated and upgraded in whatevery field you are.
