Actually the founder of INA is "Ras Bihari Bose". Subhash Bose re-organised the same later.
Anyway, One question I want to ask to the webmasters of this site "whether these type of questions are relevant in this site ?" As far as I believe, perhaps its not suitable to ask educational stuffs here, at this forum. It should better to discuss any products or business issue here.
