wrong headings in the resources

Hi Tony,

Under the General Heading in the Resources forum, there are two articles. One is E books and another about stretch marks.

When you click at them, they are going to a completely different subject, one is webmasters article about rating and the second one goes to Send SMS in Bulk.

Please do correct the titles because they are misleading other members like me.
I would like to see IRC devoid and clear of mistakes like this.
