I think you are talking about the Yahoo Answers, It is very good suggestion. I want to raise some points before it is started.
There should not be error like error 999 or other.
It should be simple that every one can post.
What will be the category of Yahoo Answers, in ISC it is Education, What will be in IRC.
I think here should be more discussion before it is started.

Yes Sree, what Guruvinder says is right.
The products will not be a subject for query at Yahoo Answers. There may be some like Computers or printers etc, who needs advice before they buy their products.
So we will have to have a discussion about what all we should do before giving link submissions as in ISC. There are many other methods of earning here.
If you start writing reviews itself you can earn lots.
Start writing Sree and Guruvinder. I know you can do it.
