Dear Mr. SubbaRaju,
For a very long time, we wanted to have mentors who could help other members. There are some senior people who can really help the new members. We are in the process of expansion, and only when someone is there to guide the new members they can also benefit, and can also make this website a powerful Indian review site.

Thank you for your comments. First of all to understand this website it is taking time. Now, I think I have understood a little. I feel with the little knowledge I have gained from this I will be able to work and if possible I will try to help others to the extent to which I know.
