Dear Subbha raju,
What I meant by rating answers is rating the answers of members to all the questions in the forum. This option is available in India Study Channel. There you can rate the answers of other members for a question raised by any member. Here, you can rate only the answers for your questions.

Sorry, I could not get that point. Now I understood. Yes, what you said is correct. So let us ask the webmaster to see this and try to include this feature. So that we can rate the answers which we feel are good.
