How to add product category?

Hi IRCians,
Would anybody please tell me how to add categories for new product submissions. Like I wish to write a review a website. But there is no such category called website or something like that. So I am unable to add review for the same. please inform me.

Dear Chandrasekhar,
As such you cannot add new category. Category can be added only by the webmaster or the site admin. Only they have the permission to do so. If you want to add any category, give the details of the category to us so that we will review it and add it, if we can. Post the details in this forum itself.
