No need to have a personal website to work with adsense, good that you are here @ IRC you can use this site as your website and activate adsense, i understood that you are very new to IRC, you will get to know in the near future, you can create adsense and link with IRC when you reach Silver Level, try to post good content on this site, if you are not aware of IndiaStudyChannel which is fast growing site where many members are already earning adsense .. if you are a member of ISC just post messages and activate adsense there .. if you are not a member use the below link to create an account in ISC

Sra1 had given you incorrect information - you cannot open an AdSense account on reaching the Silver level. You need to be a Gold level member to do so.
