Hi Shuby Arora,
Congratulations for the promotion to the next higher level membership. As per the norms you are true but recently IRC have stopped all Cash credits. It may be temporary. Go on adding the contents and get higher levels by that time you will get back the offers again.

Hi,
It is not the points, but it is the cash that one have earned have to be Rs. 250 and above to get the payment.
