Why product submission in indiareviewchannel is not working.

I have many a times try this product submission link. But it is not working.May i know the reason for that.

And how soon it's start working.

Due to technical reasons, product submission is disabled. You can post reviews for the products that is listed.

How soon can we expect the product submission link working. Is there any expected resolution time for the technical glitch being faced.
