At present only select members can post products at IRC. This is because many members simply kept on adding products to get to higher membership levels and did not bother to post reviews at all. After all, this is a review site & members should definitely contribute reviews too.
If you wish to get permission for product submissions, you must first post at least 50 good reviews. Then you will get permission from the Webmaster RajmiArun to post products too.
You can also post good quality Resources, write blogs at blogger.com with clickable links to IRC pages, submit links of Yahoo answers - all these will get you good points. In addition, do take part in the blog & review contests that are regularly organised - there are 2 right now so check out the Forum announcements.

Its all upto RajmiArun whether to approve you or not.
