I got 384 point,when i get the gold level

There is definitely some kind of an error on that part. Since the membership points shows 250 points eligibility for Gold Level, it doesn't happen that way. Now I really don't know what actually the problem is as I too achieved my Gold Level only when I scored 500 points.
It must be an error which only webmasters can explain but let me tell you there is nothing to worry about as it happened with many members in IRC. So you will definitely see that you achieve gold level as soon as you score 500 points.
That's what happened with me, so I can tell.
