The links that you have submitted are q and a links. The topics chosen by you are also not relevant to IRC. When we mean link submission, the blog post or the q and a answer should contain relevant page links to IRC. Only then it can be approved.
You can check out the links submitted by me, Latha maam, Ms. VK and Ms. Sangeetha. This will give you an idea as to how it should be submitted.
