Hi Amzad,
I think you are not checking your profile messages, we have sent you messages with regard your posts. Nevertheless, you have good writing skills, which I am sure you are not using it in the right way. Check other websites for tips but using them try to write them in your own words, most of your posts, have been put in pending for you to correct.
Once done, either post a forum message or send me or any other editor a profile message. We will be able to review your posts.
