Game is the one which can be played by group, for amusement most of the time.
Ex:Cricket
Sports is the one played by individuals mostly and required lot of physical exercises.
Ex: Javelin throw.
All Sports can be games but,all games are not sports

As defination given in dictionary on net:
Sport: Physical activity that is governed by a set of rules or customs and often engaged in competitively.
Game:
An activity providing entertainment or amusement; a pastime: party
games; word games.
So sport is where one gets involve in physical activities in certain rules while physical activity is not important in Games.
Even Rules are of certain set standard for sports while few kids assemblies to throw stone in water may be a game for them but not a sport.
