There is a conference hall known as the Windamere Conference Center in elegant surroundings, is an ideal place for the business or the Board meetings, that is private and intimate. The center's Fried Pinn Room can accommodate and seat 40 persons, the Henry Carpenter Room can accommodate 20 persons, The Pinneell Board Room can hold up to 16 persons, the director's Lounge up to 12 and the Hill Charm meeting room can seat 60 persons.
