Every one of us definitely want to smell better without any body order. It always embarrass us. It always puts us in awkward position when we are in important meetings or when we are attending an interview etc. To avoid this situation most of us use perfumes. Here are a few tips which will help use perfumes in a better way.

* When the perfume is applied in the wrists, neck, behind the earlobe, back of knees, fold of the arm (elbow crook) it will smell better.

* The bottle should be kept in a cool and dark place (but not inside a refrigerator), to keep the perfume fresh and to make it smell just the same when the bottle was first opened.

* Always keep the bottle closed tightly (this will prevent evaporation of the perfume).

* Always keep the bottle away from direct heat and sunlight. (This will prevent from the bottle from bursting)

* When the weather is hot wear lighter fragranced, light scented perfumes.

* When the weather is dry and cool stronger fragrances will smell better.

* After a shower, the pores are open and the skin will be quite warm and if the perfume is applied right after the shower then the fragrance will last longer.

* Those people with oily skin smell stronger compared to those with dry skin, so those with oily skin need to apply less stronger perfume or very little perfume.

Hi Anusma,

Thank you for your suggestions. I request you kindly to list the perfumes which are better and will not effect the health. Because some perfumes though smells very nicely, it will have bad effects. Some perfumes will be made with more chemicals.

Hi Anusma,

Thank you for accepting my suggestion. If you can post the company name of the perfumes it may be more useful.

Dear Rajmi Madam,
You have not added about the naturally available scents which act as medicine and cure our skin problems.
The popular ones are Sandal powder and rose water. When they are combined and applied on the skin with sun burns, prickly heat, and other types of skin ailments resulting from the excessive heat of the sun they give instant relief from itches and they are excellent in curing them.
I suppose you just forgot to mention them. These natural scents are available in the user friendly form of scent bottles also.
