Microwave ovens have become an essential product in all kitchens. Most of us use microwave only for reheating. Apart from reheating microwave ovens can be used for many other purposes like every day cooking, making ghee, microwaving potatoes and lots more.
Nita Meta is a well known author in writing recipes and this book on microwave cooking gives you lot of tips on using microwave and the Dos and Donts in a microwave. This book gives a detailed explanation on how the microwave works and types of microwave ovens available in the market. It contains microwave recipes for Indian cooking as well as continental, and a step by step guide on how to cook the recipe in the microwave oven. I have personally tried cooking those recipes and all came perfectly well, and I also have a bunch of collection of Nita Metas cooking books.
I recommend this book for those who have microwave ovens at home but dont know what to do with it apart from reheating and those who want to save time being in the kitchen and all those who have a passion for cooking.
