Acer Aspire One comes in two flavours Windows XP & Linux. The XP versions price is little bit higher due to OS licenses though. But its worthy one having faster boot time, widely spreaded comfortable keyboard boosted with 1 GB DDR2 ram equipped with 120GB HDD. Specs: CPU: 1.6-GHz Intel Atom N270 Operating System: Windows XP Home (with SP3) Hard Drive/Speed: 120GB / 5400 rpm A good laptop at your budget
