After sales service is bad,
in warranty promise of replacement/ repair is absolutely false
Replacement product itself are faulty.

APC UPS is the most reliable UPS with good back up time. The battery inside the UPS is very effective in charging. It charges in a reasonably less time. There is very less possibility of battery drainage.
