I have used this product. After using this product, daily one gel capsule preferably at night, my blood pressure came down to normal. While checking my annual health checkups doctors surprised and asked me how your BP normal do you take pill and came for checkup? I explained them that I am using last one year the Nutrilites Salmon Omega 3 gels.
The Important procedure while using this is that one should not consume milk products before and after 90 minutes of this capsule. The milk products means all milk, curd, sweets with milk products, tea and coffee with milk etc.,

Good: Very easy to swallow with out any taste.
Bad: Shouldnt store this in heat exposing places.
