Bio C is the Vitamin C from the natural ingredients. The one tablet contains 250mg of Vitamin C. A normal people have to take at least 2 gms of Vitamin C. Where as a normal diet gives 1.5 Gms of Vitamin C for the body. We require to 2 tablets of Bio C.
These tablets also cleans the body from the pollutions of the air, food, water etc.,
