I have been to Apollo hospital Chennai recently, even in the past a couple of years back i visited Apollo Hospital for treatment of my mother.

Recent experience i want to share with you wherein once you enter the hospital for treatment purpose you will be given a separate form to fill up with and after that officials concerned there will provide you with a separate ID which will be helpful to you to through out your life whenever you visit Apollo hospital in future.
This ID not only keeps track of all your details, it will also have a database when,why and to whom you consulted in past and for what kind of treatment.so saving considerable amount of time and also it goes on to help and understand patients in a better way.
