Dalia Resorts, Kozhikode Review


Id like to post a review of one of the resorts that Ive visited.
The picturesque and hilly areas of Malabar are well known for their abundance in resorts too. Ive visited many of them in the past, but never came across any that was remotely close in tranqulity combined with untarnished natural beauty before. In this respect I must take my hats off for Dalia Resorts. Its absolutely amazing!!! Youve got to actually visit the place to understand what Im talking About.
This place is nearly 80 kms away from Calicut airport and its more than 3500ft above sea level. A four wheel drive for 3kms actually takes you from 2500ft to 3800ft. Its simply exhilarating. (You have to note that this apparently short ride takes nearl 30minutes to complete). Its truly an adventure for those who love the wild.

Another interesting fact is that this place is surrounded on three sides by forest, and its totally inaccessible to anyone else. Its soooo peaceful up there. There is nobody to disturb you with unexpected visits and unwanted calls.
And when it comes to the service and the food - simply superb. Its like these people really care about your happiness there. The food is marvellous. The cuisine is totally indigenous and you are left with nothing to complain about.
