The way Love shown in this film is not nice, shreya is not in love with rajni till she sees his home, wealth and his economic position, But after seeing his economic position she agrees at once. Its not fair to show love in this manner. The message conveyed through this film is very good, it talks about the black money, which is the first enemy of Development of Indian Economy, Shivajis acting is very nice. Directors hard work is reflected throughout the film.
