Sanjeev Kapoor is a renowned chef and his books and TV shows are very popular around the globe. His book on Microwave Desi cooking is based on traditional Indian recipes, and the step by step guide, guides us to cook in a microwave very easily. Sanjeev Kapoor has written number of recipe books and the whole set of books covers south as well north Indian recipes and Chinese and continental recipes. This book on microwave Desi cooking focus on day to day recipes of Indian kitchen and methods to cook them in a microwave oven.I will definitely suggest this book for beginners in cooking and also for those who uses microwave ovens only for reheating.
