You need to open an account with blogger.com [membership is free - just give your email ID and put in a password]. Posting a blog there is very easy and the sections are very clear and simple. Write a blog on anything at all, and in the blog provide at least 3 links to pages at IRC. You can then submit the URL link of the blog here in "Links" and you will get points for it depending on the quality of your blog.
As of 11th April,however,no cash credits are being given. However, you can continue to promote the site to IRC by providing the links as it will bring traffic to this site and make it successful.
