Good: Free, Easy to use, clean interface, Range of OSes
Bad: None in particular.
This software will almost never be used by the casual user, only programmers, geeks and/or enthusiasts are its target audience. I was able to install Zenwalk ,ubuntu, Opne SUSE, Linux Mint, FreeDOS etc. I havent tried to install any Windows version but the help file provided shows screenshots of Vista running in a virtual environment.
The Good:
1) Free.
2) For an experienced user the settings are easy to use.
3) Wide range of OSes supported.
