Good: Mostly good in this product
Bad: expensive
This is not their smallest camera, but it is aimed at users who are looking for a great experience with HD video, proper lighting, and great sound from an integrated microphone. The video quality is very nice. WEll, these webcam work on pretty standard technologies so almost any third party software you choose should be able to work with your QuickCam. For example, Skype can use the QuickCam's video and audio.
Probably, I can't speak for specific software titles, but for the most part you should be fine ...

Good: design, image quality
Bad: little expensive.
This design is a bit simplistic and does not allow any sort of clamping or secure mounting, but it does allow it to fit on practically any display which is probably worth the sacrifices. I just hate how peripherals can be such a crapshoot sometimes - especially due to clunky software design. The good thing is that it does not need any adhesive to be mounted and is compatible with most monitors.
