My mother doesnt forget to buy Sat isabgol just not because it benefits our health but also it is best when you are having constipation. It cures it very fast. Just drink it and you will feel better. She prefers to give me sat isabgol with hot milk but I like it with cold milk. Now this has become a daily diet with our dinner.

I love Sat Isabgol not because of its effects that it helps in constipation but because I like Sat Isabgol very mch especially with milk. I drink every morning with milk. Just mix two rea spoon of Sat Isabgol in a glass of milk and add some sugar. It taste very good. It also gives releif to my stomach and yes, of course it is good for constipation. It is good for stomach and also health.
