Vitamin is essential for our body for repairs of body on day to day oxydation. Vitamin is E is Fat soluble. It is recommended that an average of 400 to 800 IU of Vitamin E is required for the body per day. It is also difficult to get this Vitamin from the natural sources. All I can say is a fantastic product from amway. It improves the skin ageing remarkbly and good for heart too as it is a good antioxidant also.
