Ramoji Film City Review
Ramoji Film City is a must visit destination, when you are in Hyderabad. Though it is impossible to visit this place in a single day, one can always stay here as various comfortable accommodations are available right here in this city.
Ramoji Film City is indeed a city in itself. Spread over 2500 acres of fully planned and developed land, this city offers a dramatic and breath – taking lifestyle one could ever imagine. Meant for all age groups, this place provides a lifetime experience.
The presence of large, real life- imitating sets, beautiful gardens, outdoor locations, lakes, amusement parks, food courts and shopping area makes it a complete place in itself.
One needs to buy a ticket before entering RFC. The charges are minimal and it is definitely a value for money as one gets to enjoy money worth entertainment.
I had visited this place last November and due to Diwali, this place had lot of additional programs other than their regular entertainment options. The place was lit up like a beautiful picturesque sight. We also had a great fun watching fireworks.
As soon as you enter the gate of RFC, you are taken for a sightseeing trip in wonderful red buses, (traveling in that buses itself makes you feel good). The buses take you to all the must see sights, like they show you the Ghost house used in many horror movies, the gardens, the huge, real looking sets, the lakes and many more.
The best place to visit is the Fundoostan, where one gets to enjoy unlimited fun beyond imagination. This place has lot of entertainment programs suitable for all age groups like magic shows, the maze, animal garden, etc etc.
There are many food courts and eateries present inside the Ramoji Film City who cater to our hunger, and thus one gets to continue on his journey, as soon as the taste buds are satisfied.
Ramoji Film City has two hotels, Tara and Sitara, where one gets to enjoy a pleasant stay. Due to the presence of these two hotels, one also gets the freedom of enjoying leisure as per his convenience and additionally one also gets to plan a direct trip to RFC. The food served in this hotel is good and palatable.
Last but not the least I would love to talk about the cleanliness of this place. Rare sight in India! Despite this place is visited by more than 1000 visitors every single day, one can find it clean all along. The gardens are beautiful, clean and nicely maintained in shape. The animal garden is beautifully trimmed and manicured. This cleanliness adds to the beauty of this place and makes it really special.
