Samsung once again proved that they have much more in their mobile armory by pulling out spectacular galleries with their Galaxy series. Recently came their three galaxy brothers – Ace, Mini and Fit. And Samsung is all set to provide new bed (Android 2.3 Gingerbead!) over present android 2.2 froyo platforms to them. Fit's 'Fit'ness
Formally, Samsung galaxy fit s5670 is an android touch screen smart phone by Samsung. Even if you make a high quality mobile with average looks, you wont earn a single penny these days. Talk is certainly about the design of the phone, Professional look with a basic bar like appearance. Some shiny plastic surrounded by a metal like boundary highly complements each other.And the capacitive screen employed in the phone gives you a 'feather effect'(I felt the screen, liquid as I touched its 3.3-inch screen!). I enjoyed this edition IPL to the fullest with 7.2 mbps 3g speed( I guarantee perfect browsing experience) of fit( an fit IPL!). Android froyo 2.2 itself have a story to tell - Android Market(here applications are like guppy fish – doubles in no time!), face book, twitter,email ,Myspace ,Youtube, GPS, each and every thing by google. so goes the list. No limit for connectivity options -GPRS, 3G, Wi-Fi, Blue tooth, Usb port. Five Mega pixel Camera – No flash, But the clarity is well defined you can fantastic imaging in day time. Video recording and sound reception are promising. SWYPE is just perfect in fit, once you get it simply play and input text. 600Mhz processor in Samsung Galaxy Fit for 10.5K its a worth appreciating song sung by Samsung.( 2 gb sd card, headset and travel adapter included!)
Where Fit Falls?
Yes, the same problem with all major smart phone's – BATTERY. Don't expect battery more than a day if use all the features of the phone. Absense of flash restricts night photography.Then you may(only for advanced users) feel restriction with the phone's 240 x 320 resolution. There is no front camera to assist video chat( almost zero phones in this price range have this feature).There are some problems with the default video player provided by Samsung(download something like mobo player from android market and have your problem solved) .
My verdict
A perfect intro smart android phone worth its price tag. Present Best option available in market in this price range. Want a ‘chotu' android then go for it.
