Although data travellers of 1GB are not in frequent use now a days but this is not a case with Kingston products. Kingston is a trusted name and people still prefer to use its products.
The product does not need to be installed on Windows 2000/XP or newer versions. However, if you intend to use the device on an older operating system you need to download the drivers from the Kingston website. This USB 2.0 Hi-speed Kingston drive was put through its races with single as well as multiple file transfer to and from 10,000 rpm hard drive.
